Telerad Calendar Sync

Policy

Terms of Service

Effective April 20, 2026. These terms describe the conditions for using Telerad Calendar Sync and the user responsibilities that matter before schedule data is synced into a calendar.

01

Use of the app

Telerad Calendar Sync is provided for schedule parsing, preview, and calendar synchronization. Users are responsible for verifying source schedule accuracy and reviewing proposed calendar changes before applying them.

02

Accounts and permissions

When using Google Calendar features, users authorize the app through Google OAuth and grant the calendar permissions described in the privacy policy.

Users are responsible for using accounts and calendars they are authorized to manage.

03

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app to access calendars or data without authorization.
  • Do not misuse Google APIs or attempt to bypass provider restrictions.
  • Do not rely on the app as a substitute for independent operational review.

04

No warranty

The app is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Because operational schedules can carry real-world consequences, users should review sync results before relying on them.

05

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the project maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the app.

06

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
